TORO combines nanosecond and picosecond pulses across three wavelengths — 785nm, 1064nm and 532nm — to deliver precise, customisable treatments for pigment, texture and tone. Its newest 785nm picosecond wavelength is specifically designed to treat epidermal and dermal lesions with a reduced risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), making it suitable for a wider range of skin tones, including deeper and Asian phototypes.

What to expect at Laser Skin Centre
Our accredited laser technicians assess your skin type, concerns and goals, and confirm the right DEKA TORO Pico wavelength and settings for you. We explain expected results, recommended sessions and any risks specific to your skin. You will never be pressured to proceed.
The treated area is cleansed and prepared, and your technician selects the wavelength and handpiece suited to your concern. Sessions typically take 20 to 45 minutes depending on the area treated. Mild redness or warmth is common immediately afterwards.
Most clients return to normal activities the same or next day. Pigment gradually fades and skin tone evens out over the following weeks, with continued improvement across your recommended course of sessions.
